Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or Custom Products: Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been customized according to your specifications.
  • Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Personal Care Items: Beauty products or other personal care goods.
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous materials.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: These items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@davincified.com to request a return.
  2. Await Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, contact us immediately at hello@davincified.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel your order for reasons not due to our mistake, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started or the item is in shipment, cancellations are not possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, except for the following:

  • Personalized or Custom Products: Returns are not accepted for items that have been customized.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
