Returns

Our dedication to satisfaction extends to our return policy. We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return, with some exceptions.

Please Note:

• Personalized Products: Items that are personalized or customized to your specifications are not eligible for returns. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission to ensure it meets your exact needs.
• To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

• Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products (including personalized items), and personal care goods. Returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges For the quickest service, we suggest returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
